1. DAP의 의미

- Delivery At Place: 도착장소인도조건

- 매도인이 지정된 목적지까지 제품을 이동시키되, 운송수단에서 양하하지 않은 상태로 매수인의 처분 하에 두어 위험을 이전 시키는 조건

 

2. DAP의 특징

- 표기방법: DAP+*지정목적지 (insert named place of destination)

   * 기재되는 목적항은 매도인 부담의 비용 분기 기준   

- 복합운송, 내륙운송, 해상운송 등 모든 운송방식에 적용될 수 있다.

   (Mode of transport: This rule may be used irrespective of the mode or modes of transport, if any, selected.)

- 매도인은 지정 목적지에서 제품을 양하할 의무가 없다.

   (The seller is not required to unload the goods from arriving mwans of transportation.)

- 매도인은 수출통관 절차를 수행하고, 매수인은 수입통관 절차를 수행하다.

- 수입통관, 수입관세와 세금을 매도인이 납부하고자 하는 경우에는 DDP 조건을 사용하는 것이 좋다.

 

- Delivery and risk: “Delivered at Place” means that the seller delivers the goods-and transfers risk-to the buyer

  (DAP조건이란, 매도인이 매수인에게 제품을 인도하고, 위험을 이전하는 것을 말한다.)

• when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer

  (제품이 매수인의 처분하에 놓였을 때)

• on the arriving means of transport ready for unloading

 (운송수산에서 양하가 준비된 상태로)

• at the named place of destination or

 (지정된 목적지에서 혹은)

• at the agreed point within that place, if any such point is agreed.

- Delivery at Place Unloaded : 도착지양하인도조건

- 매도인이 지정된 목적지까지 제품을 이동시키되, 운송수단에서 양하한 상태로 매수인의 처분 하에 두어 위험을 이전 시키는 조건

- DAP조건 + Unloaded

 

2. DPU의 특징

- 표기방법: DPU+*지정목적지 (insert named place of destination)

   * 기재되는 목적항은 매도인 부담의 비용 분기 기준   

- 복합운송, 내륙운송, 해상운송 등 모든 운송방식에 적용될 수 있다.

   (Mode of transport: This rule may be used irrespective of the mode or modes of transport, if any, selected.)

- 기존 DAT 조건 (Delivered At Terminal)에서 지정 목적지가 터미널에 한정되어 있었으나, DPU조건에서 터미널을 포함한 수입국 내의 당사자 간 합의 된 지정 장소로 범위가 확대 되었다.

- Incoterms에서 매도인의 양하 의무가 있는 유일한 조건이다.

- 매도인은 수출통관 절차를 수행하고, 매수인은 수입통관 절차를 수행하다.

- Delivered Duty Paid: 관세지급인도조건

- 매도인이 제품을 운송하고, 수입통관절차까지 수행한 후, 지정 목적지에서 양해 준비된 상태로 매수인의 처분하에 두어 위험을 이전하는 조건

 

2. DDP의 특징

- 표기방법: DDP+*지정목적지 (insert named place of destination)

   * 기재되는 목적항은 매도인 부담의 비용 분기 기준   

- Incoterms 중 매도인의 부담이 가장 큰 조건이며, 매수인에게는 최소 의무 조건이다.

- 복합운송, 내륙운송, 해상운송 등 모든 운송방식에 적용될 수 있다.

   (Mode of transport: This rule may be used irrespective of the mode or modes of transport, if any, selected.)

- 매도인은 지정 목적지까지의 운임비용과 수출입통관 절차를 수행하며, 관세, 수입세금등의 비용을 부담한다.

 

- Delivery and risk: “Delivered Duty Paid: means that the seller delivers the goods to the buyer

  (DDP조건이란, 매도인이 매수인에게 아래와 같이 제품을 인도하는 것을 뜻한다.)

• when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer,

• cleared for import,

  (수입통관을 수행하고,)

• on the arriving means of transport,

  (운송수단에 실어둔 채)

• ready for unloading,
